Tottenham V Manchester United

Is there a worse time to be playing United?

Transfer deadline day we had only one fit player in training as everyone else was on international duty. The madness of the way the season is organised that Harry has one day with his players before our game against united. So who is available? I havent heard any news on the Bassong injury, neither have I heard when we can expect Woodgate to be fit again. There has been no news if King is available after he had a problem with his groin.

So we will have to face the likes of Berbatov and Rooney with what my be a makeshift side. Corluka will be one of the centrebacks but who will fill in the other position, I am hopeful that King or Bassong will be fit, otherwise it may have to be Huddlestone again. I really hope this will not be the case because he has given us so much this season alongside Palacios.

I am also concerned about right back. I thought that Hutton was ordinary against Birmingham and I think it is now time to give Kyle Naughton his Premier league debut. Other positions up for grabs especially if Huddlestone is moved to defence is obviuosly who takes his place. There has been word that Krancjar will play in central midfield. I for one would not like this as he would have only trained with our guys once. I hope that Jenas is fit that he may fit in there. We are certainly short in our midfield and we could have done with Livermore or O'Hara being available.

Crocuh and Defoe should be our front pairing with Keane on the left. I am not very hopeful going into this game and I think we will de well to get a point here. My pessimistic forecast is 0-2. I hope I am wrong.

COYS!
